I enjoyed "Is it the shoes?" because it was fresh in our minds from the Mars Blackmon commercial.

See I seem to recall that a few copies of NBA Jam made it to console with Barkley in the game.

You're right they did. The early SNES and Genesis versions had him but after he made Shut Up and Jam they had to take him out because his rights belonged to Accolade.

LOL, good job at sticking in the UNC title even though it has zero relevance to an NBA game or the NBA back in '93!

                Damn homers.

I used to dominate this game with David Robinson and Sean Elliott; I averaged 20 blocks a game with The Admiral, lol. Good times.

                    Enjoy that women's tournament!

Go back and look at my other pieces though. That's something I like to do at the beginning of each Time Machine, just to sort of set the tone for the time the game was released. I've done it in all my articles.

Oops. Thanks. I'll fix it. Of all the words to misspell...

Was a great game, just plain fun and that was what mattered.

                        Good stuff TJ

Those screenshots brought me back to '93!!
What a great game- they sure don't make 'em that fun any more.

Wasn't this actually one of the first sports games you could play online over the Sega XBand?

I'm thinking about picking up a copy of NBA Jam Tournament Edition to play again. What is the best version between Genesis, 32x, SNES, Playstation, or any other system?
