The more they show of the game the further behind it looks to other next-gen games, especially direct competitors like FIFA and Madden. Looks like they haven't touched graphics in 10 years and it shows. Player models, animations, lighting, everything looks PS4-level.
Spending 15 minutes telling us they dropped in some new jumbotron animations and commentary lines about milestone hits is so telling as to the ability and priority of the SDS team.Comment

I have been a BIG fan of the few moments of silence during pitches. Hopefully this new analysis will not be a repetitive as “a little slider action”, “think you could draw a walk”, etc. if they can pull it off…..great. I was hoping they would just clean up what they have.Comment

Holy ****, the major leadoff addition is that they added the new postseason format and tweaked the logic to reflect that more teams are in contention. Yet another year of, "balance and trade logic improvements" and "under the hood improvements" that ultimately will be proven to be false within a day of release.Comment
