Yamamoto and Lee
It will be interesting to see if Yoshinobu Yomamoto and Jung Hoo Lee will be in the game at launch. They were both in the game as FA's at launch last year because of the World Baseball Classic. Now that each are on a MLB roster and playing key roles, you would think they would be there.

Re: Yomamoto and Lee
Yeah, I get that. It's weird though. They were there in '23 when it didn't matter and now when it matters, they will be absent until a couple of weeks after launch.
Never understood SD Studios and the way they do the licensing of players. To me, it would make more sense to have an agreement with the MLBPA that once the player signs a contract, they are automatically eligible. I mean, do any of them really say "no". Also, if they've been in previous versions, they should be able to use them regardless. They shouldn't have to "re-sign the paperwork" year after year after year.
Oh well, it is what it is.Comment

Re: Yomamoto and Lee
I didnt buy the hype when he first signed with the Angels, but he was a must- have , hot commodity in early 2018. Sony was smart enough to see he was worth getting right away. I was wrong tho in my original assessment, I didnt see back then truly how special he is.T-BONE.

Re: Yomamoto and Lee
Assuming this year is the same as previous years there isn't. This is one feature that The Show desperately needs. NBA 2K has spoiled me on this because you can export and Import players with their DNA System.Comment
