Re: MLB 16 Ideas!

1) RTTS:
- Enhanced player customization
-Face scan to create a player.
-More Hair and beard options
- Better interaction with your teammates, fans, media
-Yearly goals or expectations from the GM and Manager
-Develop a personality with post game interviews once a week, series, road trip/home stand. (not every game)
-Have that personality translate into different animations on the field (cocky players stair down HRs and jog out routine plays. Passionate players often pumping fist and yelling after big plays, hustle players always keeping their head down and busting it down the line.)
- Have Personality translate into attribute bonuses for player or teammates (Possible "Charisma" rating to determine the level of effect.)
-If labeled "Team player" offers a small ratings boost to the player in front and behind you in the batting order. If "Locker room cancer" their could be a small penalty to certain mental attributes like clutch or plate discipline. Personality should also help influence contract negotiations and, once a player becomes a respected veteran or franchise cornerstone, influence on roster moves.
-Revamp player development in RTTS
-Use "per at bat" goals in key situations in games to add or subtract "Clutch Points" to be used in addition to the classic training points.
-2 level development system using "Tools" and the classic attributes.
- Make each of the 5 tools a 1-5 level system and cap each attribute on the classic areas until next level of "Tools" is earned. (Contact vs LHP and RHP capped at 60 until level 4 "Hit for average" is obtained)

2) Franchise Mode
-Less tedious scouting and player development system.
- Instead of having to constantly update individual scout's tasks to discover players, you should be able to have them find players for an overall philosophy by prioritizing tools for all general positions and have scouting teams in all regions finding players constantly throughout the season.
- Use individual scouts to evaluate individual talent once discovered.
- Have an actual scouting report to read giving a better idea of what you're getting into when selecting a player with a rating for: Raw Tools, Mental Makeup, MLB potential classification (Long term project with high upside, Best case Mid to top of the rotation starter)
- Before entering the draft you should receive a scouting summary of "Blue Chip Prospects" and "Potential Mid/Late round value picks" to help carry a strategy into draft day.
-Would be cool if their was a team by team draft report card by an analyst afterwards.
- Use budget to obtain better training facilities to improve player development.
- Have scouting influence accuracy of minor leaguers from other organizations potential ratings. Every team should have varying opinions on each prospect. (Your scouts see another teams prospect as a future big league player while they perceive him as organization depth) Would make trading a lot more dynamic and provide more options for small market teams to gain a competitive edge.
- Have on field performance help to gain TV deals contributing towards team budget. Successful seasons rewarded with higher number of nationally televised games worth more money (maybe additional bonus if the game is won. Maybe even a different presentation style for those games. Extended pre/post game, different graphics and broadcast style for local network vs national network.)
- Player personalities during contract talks. Determine the willingness of players to sign team friendly contracts.
- Team and player options for back end of contracts. Performance based incentives. (If a pitcher is injury prone, you should be able to make his salary based on his ability to give you X amount of innings pitched)

Too much?
