The new PS4 Neo that will be announced at E3 is probably your only ticket out of FPS problems if they are severe. I'm sure they will make some improvements by next year though even for normal PS4.

Agreed a friend of mine was asking what the difference is between the two games (from last year) this was definitely one first and biggest thing on the cons side of things. MLB 15 had framerates issues as well but this years have been worse, which makes it feel like were going backwards.
Ironically during some streams it looked fluid

I have noticed this sometimes its only really bad when im hitting and it chops up so bad it makes the pitch impossible to hit...doesnt happen all the time but a little too much lately.
