So.....no discussion on Franchise because we haven't gotten to that particular Twitch stream, or.......no discussion because there's nothing to discuss, that is the question.

        Probably both.

The Show's franchise has been relatively the same for years now (which is why I haven't bought the game for a few years), but I'm sure they added in a few bells and whistles to make it seem new when it isn't. Probably don't want the limited changes to get exposed this early so they're going to keep it hidden until closer to release.

Ohtani can be used as a DH and Pitcher confirmed. (However, just like in real life, he won’t pitch and DH in the same game.)

Thank you for the update...happy to hear fielding feels "manual" for those that don't like fielding assists.

Because we haven’t gotten to that part of the stream.

Now the question will be if we can create 2 way players

That was a whole lot of nothing. No franchise info, no park building, no created teams or relocation options. Just the same ish... I am going back to The show 10 where I can at least set my pricing and get real sponsorships and have some overall fun. Can you guys update the show 10 to have quick counts??? LOL

I’m probably alone in wishing we could have real-time presentation back, that was dope.

Everything about what they did with the gameplay sounds PHENOMONAL. I really wasn’t sure where I was with the game after last year but theyve got me back on board. I can’t wait to try this out.

Also I think all the worrying over over the secondary pitches will be put to rest. As long as it’s actually implemented the way they’re describing it sounds like a great addition.

I'm talking about playing the game. 30 minutes to play a game and give a hands on impression is laughable. With that little time with the game all he can definitely say is he had his "hands on" the controller.

Agreed. The re-balancing of off speed pitches vs fastballs is a welcomed change imo as well.

In regards to secondary pitches, I think people are jumping to the idea that now you won't be able to be effective at all with secondary pitches, or off speed pitches, which will not be the case.

Far too many times in '18 you can hang an offspeed pitch and not be punished. In fact too many times a hitter would take it. Also well placed fastballs were too often squared up for solid contact. Not saying it shouldn't happen at all, but it felt that it happened a little too often.

Looking forward to playing this on the 26th.
