I'm playing on All-Star.
Timing at 0
Foul Frequency at 0
CPU Strike Frequency at 0
Pitch Control at 10
Pitch Consistency at 10
I left Wind at 5 (default)
I'm convinced the new perfect-perfect messed things up. It just happens far too often. Timing at 0 largely fixes that.
The other issue is too many pitches left out over the middle of the plate. The computer still throws strikes at 0, but the meatballs are greatly reduced.
