Shot coverage impact
Can someone please tell me exactly how these effect gameplay? If I raise or lower user slider does it effect my team or CPU? thank you

Shot coverage impact
Unless it’s broken, the slider should do exactly as it says: control how much defensive coverage affects shot success. To test, set the user to 100 and CPU to 0 (or vice versa) and then take note of how you and the CPU are fairing on contested shots.
I’ll be testing this myself once I get to the defense strength and shot success sliders. -

I had it a 0 for a while, but couldn't hit hardly any deep, deep threes with Steph. Even with the 3 point slider at 100, strange. Then I put it at 100, and I was hitting a high percentage of deep threes. It's as if the game is determining that as a bad shot (looking at you PG13) and makes it nearly impossible to make with the slider at 0.Comment

I've tested this a good amount already. It works pretty well as intended. The drawback is that it really messes with deep three pointers (and step back threes too potentially but that needs to be tested more).

So the higher the setting the easier it is to make contested shots? I haven't touched this slider yet but definitely read it as the other way around.

However, the residual effect is that deep threes become much more difficult to hit. Try it out in practiceComment

for both CPU and User and I'm currently adjusting the shooting sliders (38 3pt user/44 3pt CPU at the moment). But I also have shot timing impact at 100 for both, I'm different from most of the sim crowd as I want my input to really matter. If I'm hot, I want my team to be hotComment

Way different than what I am playing on lol. I have 3pt at 53 for both me and cpu and I have gather and release both at 50Comment

I've made another adjustment. 3pt down to 36 for the user and I upped gather to 35 and release to 20 for both the user and cpuComment
