FYI you get a technical foul if you call timeout with no timeouts left

Just found out the hard way that you get a technical foul for calling a timeout with no timeouts left.. It doesnt happen often but I am glad that they added this back into the game. Just something cool/funny to see in a proam game if a team spams timeout with no timeouts left.

One of reason they took out. Was because I remember people would spam it at the end of PNO games. There is even a video of someone waiting an hour to finally get a W. Because the person extended a game with 60 seconds left into an hour lol
