I kept hearing stephy mention that we need to adjust them when guys are talking about the glossy players. you can adjust them in game but I highly recommend going to

My nba live 10 --- settings --- video calibration and you can switch between color and brightness with the tap of the LT/RT. Game looked good before but it is georgous now. Reminds me of being up at EA.

for brightness there is a white ea logo with back drop shadow behind it. You have to lower your brightness on your tv's brightness control until you can see the logo but not the drop shadow. My tv was waaaaaaay too bright.

It went in one ear and out the other when he mentioned it before but I have seen such a huge difference (could be just because mine was so bright)

It's the black behind the white ea letters I I creased the brightness first to see it then down until it was gone it's gonna feel to dark but when the game comes up you can tell the difference.

This is for 360 I imagine ps3 would have a similar option

This'll be a huge help, especially if it lowers the contrast.

I lost the original remote for my SDTV in my room, so I cant do this on that tv. But I'll try this on the HD for sure.

In addition, I recommend to adjust the 'contrast' to -1 during gameplay.

Start a game > Pause game > Settings > Color settings (or something like that) > click contrast 1 click to the LEFT (leave brightness alone).

Then on the main menu....re-adjust the color brightness again (EA drop shadow thingy) and the game looks 1000% better.

Looks excellent. Thanks Czar. Even on SDTV, looks much better. My TV was WAY too bright.

TV control. The game gives you the calibration tool. You use yout TV to adjust.
