nron, i agree. it wasn't even aware there was an roster update/equipment-wise. exactly what is being address in this update?

the accessory update is not even the half of it. It's ratings updates which was claimed would be updated daily, but haven't been.

Live is already behind on up****** ratings, and now have posted another unprofessional thread stating it's not happening and not even giving a time frame.

It's all about customer service, and this year it sucks.

The reason they continue to treat us this way is because they know that all of us will buy the game no matter what, so they already know they are earning the 70 bucks from each of us, then they can take it slow and do it whenever they wake up earli that day...they all suck!

I just get so frustrated with these informal, unprofessional posts.

Give us an explanation, we all paid for this game and although we are all spoiled with things like updates and DNA, these are things that were promised to us and prompted us to purchase this game.

Secondly, give us decent time lines.

If they came on and said something like "Guys we can't do the update tonight like promised because we're adding some last minute stuff" or "...because we figured out something's broken", that's respect right there, and I would pay due respect back.

plz mike wang go back to 2k sports, cuz ea could not provide chance to you to make the nba live series better and better.

The sad thing is, I DO believe that NBA is on it's way back, and I do believe Mike Wang will do wonders with this series.

My problem is the manner in which information is being relayed to us.

I will use NCAA Basketball as an example. The original release date was Dec. 1. EA changed it to tomorrow (Nov 18), stores had it listed as Nov 17 (today) and nobody knows when it's coming or when the real release date is.

Why is EA, being one of the biggest gaming companies out there, if not the biggest, so unprofessional?
