If it's two explosions within seconds of each other, the likelihood of terrorism goes up immensely.That's a trademark.

Would be an extremely weird coincidence, given the location of the explosion. Have to believe it was a deliberate attack. Just heard on CBS that hospitals should be ready to expect "many casualties".

Hope everything turns out okay, and as much as it sucks either way, I hope this wasn't a deliberate attack.
