Rogers can't be happy that the Jays have the eighth highest payroll and look like they can't hit their way out of a paper bag and the bullpen is just absurdly bad.
I can't see GM Ross Atkins surviving this after nine years here. The odd thing is that some of Atkins off-season moves were pretty good: Turner and Kiner-Falefa have been better than I expected. Yarel Rodirguez looks decent and letting Chapman walk was a sound decision.Comment
