I believe that's how the current drug testing system works too, no?

I think his game might translate well to the CFL.

I didn't clearly explain myself. I mean that test in 2003 or whatever when all the players were tested and positives tests were kept confidential (until the list was released) and it was 7% of players that tested positive. THere was no punishment dished out for those positives, as it was used to see how wide spread the "problem" of PEDs was.

Was that test analogous to this one, forced on the league by the NFLPA to help raise a baseline of acceptable levels of narcotics in players systems?

                Same old Bernard Pollard:

Titans safety Bernard Pollard doesnโ€™t think there was anything wrong with his hit on Redskins wide receiver Aldrick Robinson as Robinson was stepping out of bounds during the preseason opener for both teams.
โ€œI donโ€™t think so,โ€ Pollard said, via Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean. โ€œYou have to look at for me, as a defender, I am already coming in and already going in to make the hit, so I donโ€™t see his other foot go out. He was inbounds and his other foot finally went out.โ€
Pollard also said that he doesnโ€™t worry if the league fines him or not because he isnโ€™t going to change the way he plays the game. So there likely werenโ€™t any tears shed when he found out that the league has indeed gone ahead and fined him $10,000 for the hit, which was also flagged for unnecessary roughness during the game.
Pollard has been an outspoken critic of many rules the league has put in place as part of their effort to make the game safer and has been fined on several occasions in the past. Heโ€™s playing for a new team this season, but there arenโ€™t many other differences from the Pollard of old.

Man, that Pollard is such a doucher.

                          Uh-huh.

                          Here'e the standard gameday configuration:

Roughly 60% of the board is going to be used for advertising and/or scoreboard. I like the fact that replays will now be in HD, but the actual image is going to be roughly the same size as it was before. The real advantage of this board is financial. What used to be a strictly limited amount of permanent signage space can now be sold to multiple advertisers.

The Jags are building a bigger one, but because of the reason you mentioned, I don't really care. The portion used to show replays won't increase much. The screen are way to wide and not high enough, so the video resolution doesn't allow it to fill the whole screen.

He doesn't bother me, and FWIW I didn't think that hit on Robinson was all that bad. If his wallet can stand the fines, I hope he doesn't change his style of play.
