What hell is wrong with this game. 2k has the game playing so irratic, choatic that it is producing unnecessary close game with scrubs. Fake turnovers, Fake runs, Funky control mechanics. I can't take it anymore! Game is starting to make me miss 13. At least I know what is going on in that game. I don't even thing a patch could fix this game. So glad that I rented it first this year instead of 2k get my money.

its erratic because of your opponent and your lack of learning how to control the pace of the game. If you get into a fastbreak match you will be disappointed and complain. Force your opponent to play your style and you will like the game. Also PROTECT BALL is in the game and dribbling into crowds will cause turnovers. the ball is LIVE this year bro

Although it may sound as a normal complaint, you are right, to a certain degree.

This game INTENTIONALLY makes people come back when they are down. It's the same for every game. If you are up by like 8 or 10 with 2 or 3 minutes left, your opponent is more than likely going to hit every shot they take and get every loose ball. And if you are on offense, it won't matter if you keep getting Excellent A+ on every shot, you will miss a lot of the time. I dont normally come up and believe in these crazy conspiracies, but I really believe in this one.

Even if I took my time an ran plays and control pace, the game plays at such a chaotic way that the game will be close some how. I see it like this. If I can't blowout dumb players like 7 out of 10x, I will struggle badly against someone who knows what they are doing. I'm so glad I didn't buy this game.

Just like every year LAG !! is still the number one thing hurting NBA2K14 online play

I'm still enjoying the game, but that slight LAG still gets quite frustrating ..I think it makes on ball defending sooo much harder than it has to be

Due to the LAG, most online players use what I call the BURST BUTTON offense. where they abuse the burst button all game long and it's very hard to defend with that slight LAG online

Games are definitely getting better every year, but I still dream of the day we get LAG free online gaming

There's gotta be something you are doing. No disrespect to you at all, so dont take this the wrong way: Good players are not having an issue winning/closing out games.

If you feel the game slipping away, call a timeout and make adjustments. If you can't hit any shots, make some subs and bring in some fresh players. You'd be surprised how much a spark off the bench will help.

I just brought Nate Robinson off the bench today and he had 30, with like 5 or 6 threes, 9/13 shooting. If you have a Microwave coming off your bench, use it.

Mike Wang posted a few days ago and explicitly said there is NO hidden script dictating that teams should make crazy comebacks at the end of the game. I'm sorry to say, but you must be just feeling the pressure and not playing as well in the last few minutes.

I think playing online is just anger inducing in general, I've played some matches on there, where at the end I was like, was that fun? Or did I just want to win so bad, I could beat this cheeser? Am I really enjoying playing human opponents though, no not really, and that's not 2k's fault, it just is what it is.
