Post your problems and glitches here. Maybe Update 2, may fix some.

Trying to manage rosters, when trying to move players from NHL to AHL or back to NHL are listed by rating not by name. Hard to find player you need to move. FA are rated by best rating not name.

AI goalies coming out to play the puck has roughly 15% success rate so far. Very frustrating. I like seeing blunders, but there are too many.

No champions league hockey as promoted about a month ago, and only 11 leagues in season mode as opposed to the 13 they are advertising. Classic EA bait and switch tactic.

The CPU tends to recover their puck that was poke checked about 85% of the time. This is getting real annoying. It's looks like a magnet effect.
CPU can score at any angle regardless of shot accuracy rating.
CPU, from a standing position, can body check my player?? No idea how because it doesn't work for me.
CPU doesn't take many penalties at all.
My AI teammates still get in my way when skating.
When position locked on DEF, the other side defender keeps coming over to my side.

I've had a player get stuck on the back of the opposing teams net twice already in like 4 games.

I came on here to to mention many of the things you've said. AI just shoots, and they go in. Their forwards are always in the most brilliant positions, and mine just do not do the same thing.

The puck battles are crazy, the AI wins so often, pushing me around and pinning me up against the boards so easily,. yet it's so much harder for my players to accomplish the same thing.

Passing and stick handling are sluggish as they have been for years. Doesnt feel like you have proper control of the guy. Deking and breakaways used to be fun and rewarding in this game, just a waste of time now. Passes are terrible.

One thing driving me nuts is the powerplay. Its too easy to score. Garbage goals constantly. One game I lost 5-4, all 4 of my goals were powerplay, and three of theirs were. They go in *just because it's a powerplay*.

Skating and turning, so sluggish, some elite skaters on my team, yet they cant turn away from an opponent properly, but the AI swivels on a dime. Same old tricks.

Is there a way to remove the red indicator over your player? And the grey one over the cpu?

I thought there was a way to do this

Here's a weird one.

Playing BaP (on St. Louis). Game 10 of the year is against Calgary at home. I go up for w/ about 5 minutes left in the third, and Lack is pulled for Smith. Before we even get to the next faceoff, the game crashes.

Fine - happens every now and then. Annoying, but no game is perfect. Except it did it again when I tried to replay the game. And AGAIN upon playing the third time. At this point, had to sim the game just to get passed it.

Before starting my franchise, I like to set up my team to match the roster of my fantasy hockey team. This has always created problems with jersey numbers being weird (skaters wearing #1!) which is not a big deal. This year, however, it made the goalie captain on at least two different NHL teams and you can't easily fix this on the captains/jersey #s screen. The only way to fix this is to transfer the goalie to another team and then transfer him back.

On PS4, when playing 3's online....the game freezes while trying to start 2 games in a row.

After the 1st game (which goes fine), we stay in the team screen and try to enter another game....but it never finds another match. After a few minutes, we have to close out of the 3's and restart (sending new invites). It's a pain. Doesn't happen with EASHL...just 3's online.

Hope it's fixed...happened in the beta too.

The CL is included. They just didn't include a CL season mode, so unless you swap out the CL teams with teams in an existing league, the CL teams are just "play now" teams.

I wish they would go back to sorting player names alphabetically, instead of sorting them by rating. It makes finding a player on another team, or God forbid, the FAs list, a very time consuming undertaking.

CHL mode is in after the patch. Of course, commentary is horrible, they talk about regular season in your first game of group stage. Wouldn't be surprised if the guys at EA don't even know that the CHL is a tournament of the best european teams and not a classic league. It's just like the Champions League in Football.

They need to fix where you knock a guy with the puck down, and he will be able to get up and get the puck before I am able to pick it up.

Also, the black cutouts instead of cartoon images for created players and all prospects is super annoying and pathetic in 2018. - Wish they could/would patch that.

And not being able to upload logos for Create a Team is a bummer. Why did they not add more custom logos (there's like 25 to choose from).
