I say this every time I come back here haha those screen grabs are the absolute best I have ever seen. Goodness. Kind of a weird season but knowing McBride is finally hitting his strides, that's got to leave a good vibes for the next few seasons.

And that's all she wrote for Souther Miss (and Michigan, what a choke job!!). Glad you ended their big bowl hopes and crushed them, need that feel good factor win to end the down year.

Things are looking up with McBride coming of age at the end of the season.

Great "statement" win there Geezy. It was really the type of dominance that fans probably expected this year, and despite the past few, a solid ending to the regular season! That passing game was ON FIRE.

With that big of a win over #6, there could still be a good shot at a prestigious bowl.

Well, well, well, I'm gone for a couple months and come back and Allen is hurt for the season yet again! Is this deja vu? Looks like you have an absolute stud in Jimmy McBride to lead this team for years to come though!

Thanks brother. I plan to do the simulation later today. I'm hoping for anything but the Capital One Bowl. I've done that one enough and I'm now just ready for something new.

Yes, at this stage, 10 wins is a big milestone if we can get to it, considering how this season went.

That Michigan result was a certainly shocker. Upsets like those rarely happen in this version of the game. I could only imagine what that would be like to see a game end with a game-winning pick-six to pull off one of the biggest upsets in college football history. I'm actually happy it happened, because that USC-Bama matchup should be LIT!

Good eye on that. I guess it should have been highlighted more in the story, but yes, those guys had a very effective day on the ground. The freshman fullback Williams in particular has really been a find for us these past couple of weeks as a runner. I really like how this team is coming together.

Appreciate the props on the pictures. As I've always said, it's the non-game play shots that I enjoy doing the most, and also the pics just seem to pop a lot more when we wear our all-green uniforms.

This has definitely been somewhat of an odd season, but McBride has me completely rejuvenated. I hope he can have another good game in the bowl to wrap up an excellent close to the season. I think if he progresses well, we have a good chance to shock the nation next year and make a run.

Appreciate it man. Granted he hasn't played against the best of the best defenses, but you can't help but be encouraged by the way McBride is playing. We may have a star in the making and I'm excited to see his career progression.

Thanks SilverBullet, I think we're pretty much locked into a New Year's Day bowl at this point, I'd hope. Now my only hope is that a.) it's not the Capital One Bowl (been there, done that) and b.) it is against someone I have never played against.

I am anxious to get to it and play another game with McBride. He is in the zone and also, though his rushing totals are marred by sacks, he is excellent with scrambling.

Yep, Allen's career started off with a bang in his true freshman season and has been downhill ever since. It's a shame his career was such a dud, but from a storytelling standpoint, it is nice to know that not all endings in this saga are going to be happy endings.

McBride has taken a stronghold on this job and hopefully his future is bright.

O shoot. That'd be nice to have your backfield properly intact for the bowl game.

Yes, this would certainly be a nice surprise for us going into bowl week. I simmed past championship week last night and sure enough, Tompkins had the "questionable" tag, while Allen was listed as "doubtful." I am hoping that each improves after I eventually simulate week 1 of bowl season.

Although McBride will start at quarterback either way, it would be good to see the senior Allen on the field one last time if he can get healthy.
