This is correct. Dev traits are as follows:


Normal=Slow
Quick=Normal
Star=Quick
Superstar=Superstar


They did this to appease the players ego's. Too many complaints about being called a slow dev player. So what you are seeing is accurate.


As for QB being low that's up to you. I've done extensive testing and what I have gives pretty accurate results. But always remember to do whatever makes the game fun for you.
