I found a real fix for dynasty continuous loading when starting a game...dont even have to recruit 1st...when you get ready to start a game, switch the controller to your opponents side and it will load up. Then switch back to your team after it loads up...works for ps3, may work for xbox too.

So before i start my game i switch to the opponent and then switch back when the game starts?
If that's the case than it didn't work for me

Yeah, once it loads up, switch back to your team...on the ps3 when trying to play your next opponent, it doesnt freeze, but never loads. I had times where i left it for days, still just spinning and tips changing. But decided one day to just start playing as my opponent, and it loaded at the normal load rate, and has been working 100% for me. No recruiting done or changing recruiting rank needed. May not be a fix, for all, but for whatever reason it works for me

UPDATE V2: The Main NCAA 14 roster was updated again same day so I updated these files to 10-4 "V2".
V2 Teams: South Carolina wk1, Texas A& M wk1, little more updates to La Tech.
And I added in Iowa Punter correction, and New Mexico St partial -replaced some players for a rough edit of this missing team.
PS3 File has been updated below as V2; Xbox360 File ir ready with depth charts adjusted.

-Missing Team: New Mexico St. & UMASS; (Earlier we thought we finished Umass, but it was never done; so we really have 2 missing teams instead of 1....not bad since we still have most of the teams completed.)
**PS3 file always requires depth chart fixes on new teams; (WWEDX2007 is welcome to release a more updated file with depth chart fixes for PS3 people later.)
**Xbox360 file may require depth chart fixing on random team positions; I reuploaded a more updated Xbox360 file with a little more depth chart fixes.

-Note: hopefully these files will work for most people; I tested them working fine on Xbox360!

In addition to the previous freeze fix. I found a cause for some freezes. If a player or coach has an unnatural skin tone, it will cause the matchup to get stuck on the load screen when trying to play a game. If a game freezes, go to edit players and see if any players look like aliens with bright colorful skin tones. If so, just change it and it should load up. Same with coaches. Urban meyer was like a reddish purple, changed it. And my dynasty matchup loaded fine. Still did the controller switch with it just in case.

I got your roster and arranged everybody's depth charts. it takes a while but loads. playing Michigan State vs. Indiana as I type.

Checked and Baker Mayfield as well as Sam Darnold aren't there. so it's fully up to date.

Can someone help me out please, I'll ship you a $5 e-transfer. I've downloaded the file provided and loaded it onto a USB, but when I put the USB into the ps3 to download it, no files appear

You may first have to format the usb flash drive to work with your PS3. Then Create a Roster save file on your Flash Drive. Finally transfer the files to the flash drive in the proper folder:

1a.So first Insert a USB into PS3 making sure it is formatted to work with PS3
1b.Start the Game and Save a Roster file in game. It will save to the PS3 HDD.
2. Then quit game, and go to "Saved Data Utility" under the "Game" section on your PS3.
-move or COPY the roster save file you made on PS3 hdd and transfer it to the USB flash drive. (vid at 1:18 to 1:45__FOLLOW the youtube video down below.)
-Turn your PS3 off and eject USB flash drive.
3. Go back to your PC and plug in USB flash drive.
3a. Extract my NCAA 13 PS3 Roster file from the .zip file. It should have PS3>SAVEDATA>BLUS30948-ROSTER-BR1718SEPT (video between 2:05 thru 3:16)
3b. Put this roster folder (BLUS30948-ROSTER-BR1718SEPT) into the "SAVEDATA" folder on your flash drive. (You may have to first delete the old Roster save Folder, and then Paste in this new roster data folder.)
3c. remove flash drive properly from your PC.
4a. Plug your USB flash drive into your PS3.
4b. Once you have your usb in your ps3, go to the "Saved Data Utility" folder under the "Game" section on your PS3, hit x, your usb will be the second option, hit x on it, and if all was done properly your roster file will be there.
4c. Hit triangle and select copy, then you should be able to load it in game.

Is anyone else having issues with the menu having wacky colors and the playbooks not aligning correctly with the teams?

And does anyone know a fix?
