There have been people with much better stat lines that Sam has and gone undrafted, so it certainly wouldn't be a stretch.

He is undersized and plays on a defense that could qualify for the special Olympics when it comes down to defensive programs. During his tenure there Missouri had an amazing defense amassing such accolades as being ranked 81st, 58th, 61st, and 74th in the nation.

He is nothing more than an average linebacker playing on a defense that was pathetic and it made him stand out.

Read somewhere that Tennessee just had 9 players arrested as well. Wish they would all learn from watching others mistakes, but guess it never happens.

Yeah, some simple arrest for underage drinking and generally being idiots. Hope they get ran til they explode.

You must be new here....

*looks at join date* It's a common joke in the college football section to post "Tough break for a good kid" whenever a player gets arrested or does something stupid.

Re: College Football Off Topic

Every school/fanbase has em' blah blah blah, but yeah, one of the worst things about college football fandom is how silly it makes grown men and women act. Link

Quote:
There are plenty of people who support Evans regardless of his decision, but every fan base has a few immature individuals who take the decision of a high school stranger too personal. Those fans vent frustration on message boards and or social media.

"It's getting worse," Evans said on Monday evening. "Someone actually put out an article about my family's business telling all...fans not to go there. We are going to eventually start losing money. People are telling restaurants in the town not to serve us.

"It's hard for me to go out and chill with my friends like I have always done because people keep coming up to me telling me I made a bad decision. It's grown men. They are asking me why I did this to them. I told them I had to do what is best for me.
Quote:
"...fans are saying I am going to ride the bench, and I am going to be like.... People are adding his family and how they are low-lifes. They talk about his mom. You wouldn't think some of them are human. I knew it was going to be horrible. You know it's out of hand when people come up to you saying stuff. People you don't know. People who are grown men."

That would be bad for whoever cuts him. Imagine if he isn't as good as in college and get's cut before the season... Everyone will assume it's not because of his skills.
