A full blown AD mode would be ideal where you can purchase upgrades for your stadium, manage financial assets (x amount of dollars on uniforms/new logos, coaching salaries, facilities, national recruiting, fcs scheduling, etc) and an improved coaching carousel, for example a feature where you interview your top three candidates of your choice to gauge their personality/goals by asking them questions [give them all the same voice actor to save $$ ofc]. Conference invites, sanctions, etc -- heck even an option where you can take an AD job at another school.

Well even tho. I still thought conference invites by the AI in ncaa 09 was fun. But since I really don't care for custom conferences and all. If I get ncaa 13. I will treat ncaa13 Dynasty mode like I do madden offline franchise mode. I will just leave the conferences alone and play them like they are.
