How's your FIFA 13 career mode going?

I was just offered 13M from Bordeaux for Jermain Defoe. I'm tempted to accept the offer and then go out and get a younger striker to pair with Bale. Thoughts?

I'm through 31 rounds in my Real Sociedad CM and right now I'm sitting in 5th place, 4 points clear of 6th place Malaga and 8 points clear of 7th place Sevilla.
Going the other way I trail 4th place Valencia by 7 points, and although I do play them, they're in top form and will be hard to overtake.

buy another striker. i've only used defoe on FUT, but he was awful for me.

I want to find a striker I haven't used before. I usually go after Luis Muriel or Lancina Traore.

Absolutely huge matches against Manchester United (who we are battling for the 4th Champions League spot) and Tottenham (who are in contention for the BPL title). Just two matches left in the season after this episode!

I'm in Year 5 with AS Monaco in Ligue 1. I decided to use the financial takeover for them after Year 2 to make it similar to real life.

Now I'm enjoying playing with this squad, but I looked at my manager profile and I'm still only being paid $6,000 a week. I was offered the Man U job during Year 3 right before the CL final and turned them down and haven't been offered a job since. I'm a little itchy to make a move but want to do so after the current season, but I'm guessing it doesn't let you do that.

Using orion's sliders, started an arsenal career. Drew 2-2 at Stoke, beat Sunderland 3-0, and beat Liverpool at Anfield 3-1. Podolski was clean throughw twice and scored twice.

Bought Felliani, a young German winger and sold Arshavin, Diaby, Gervinho, Squillaci, and Mannone.
