That Cam Newton scramble out where all the pass blockers stayed in the pocket blocking air while their Qb was getting chased by five defensive linemen looked bad. Pass blockers need more animations and range of movement.
I dont like everyone on the defensive line getting pancaked by one offensive linemen just because they are in a pass defense against a offensive run formation/play, thats not realistic, how about they get blowed off the line without getting pancaked when being blocked by one person, and pancaked on double teams.

I agree with your second point, but not the first point.

Most of the time when Rodgers scrambles, the OL is holding their blocks for quite awhile and then Rodgers takes off. No way can any of the OL keep up with him.

Probably the two things that really stood out to me were the run play against the 3 man front and the fact that he mentioned playbooks appear to be the same. I hope this doesn't mean if you're in a 3-4 you automatically get gouged by the run. As for playbooks. I think we're all under the impression that very little, if anything at all, was done to the non-gameplay aspects of CFM, so it comes as no shock, albeit disappointing nonetheless, that playbooks weren't updated.

A playbook overhaul would really do a lot to make the game feel fresh.

As far as 3-4 goes - it's never really been a great defense in Madden. Three man fronts in general aren't replicated properly due to a lack of gap integrity.
