again....in last nights color rush game, more players were allowed to wear secondary colored gloves and cleats. Doesnt look like the league is cracking down on it, which begs the question...why are they restricting EA from giving us more uniform options or color options if they dont even care about how the team is dressing in real life. I get that you cant have uniform violations such as how the uniforms fit the body and are supposed to be worn properly. I know that it has to be certain team colors, but I just dont understand why we cant have more custom options when editing uniforms.
The thought behind this is, alot of teams change up their uniforms at least once a decade sometimes more often than not. If i was 5 years deep into my franchise and felt my team needed a new fresh home and away uniform to change things up, why cant i mix and match the color rush jerseys to be that default home jersey without it effecting the team color equipment?? I dont see the harm in having that option...
anyway heres some pics of last nights game with some players wearing secondary colors. Keep in mind, the rulebook says that if any player is violating a uniform guideline or wearing a color they shouldnt be their is supposed to be a sideline NFL official that makes them remove the item before entering onto the field. It must be ok to do so if no one is stopping them or fining them for it.
