defensive line pass rush moves (help needed)

Seems complicated let me see if I understand

Technique #1- move at 7 or 5 position until you're player just before defender moves, at the snap move towards OL outside shoulder at same time hit Turbo..try and run around block

Technique #2 same presnap at the snap when engaged you hit L3 left & R3 right? Do you use speed burst at any point? Do you manually. Engage or let comp engage. For you

Here is what I've been working on few different ways to rush the passer....

1-hold L3 stick down at an angle (7oclock if using defender on left of screen- 5 o'clock on right of screen), should hold it in that position without player moving,if in correct position at the snap the defender will shoot out of his stance, you should be able to get on the OT shoulder or beat him around the corner
You can use speed if you at different points after snap or when/if you're engaged
If engaged move L3. Stick opposite the block, once you come off block hit R1 as soon as you disengage.

2-same pre snap set up as #1, at snap engage the OT as soon as you engage move L3 stick opposite the block when free hit Turbo R1

3-same set up as 1 at snap engage block at contact press Turbo R1 & then move L3. Opposite. Of block


4- last and least successful use R3 when engaged with block

If you have any other techniques or a different approach to what I'm trying please post
