The patch got hung up in QA but should be out to first parties soon.

Ronnie2K "MLB 2K10 Patch (360,PS3) was hung-up in QA, but should be heading to first parties this week. Shouldn't be too long from there "

I'm guessing mid-May for the PS3.

I have no doubt that there will be a second patch. I'm doubtful it will fix everything we would like to see fixed. But there is a second patch being worked on.
