MK how do you feel about playing with PB's classic rosters from 2k8, but having to use current uni's w/the rosters for teams whose throwbacks are missing? Because of that it has been hard for me to get into using those rosters. Man I wisk 2k would give us an unlimited supply of cap's, even more throwback jerseys, and a court editor similar to college hoops 2k8. That would give roster editors everything they need. C'mon 2k!

glad you guys were able to get some other helps on here!

Gary...yeah, it's kinda hard at times. the arenas, short shorts, etc. do take away from the overall "feel" of the game, but eventually you get past it.

i always laugh when i play the celtics ('86 is my all-time favorite team to play with) and bird & mchale jump up and chest bump each other - LOL!!! it's at that moment i usually smirk to myself and realize it's just a video game...

also, to the poster above who asked about certain retired players and their ratings... please know that i only picked up and worked on this file which had been developed by another person (randall). it was a lot of work (i put a LOT of hours into this file) and it was a "community" effort. you are always free to make any changes that you'd like, but for my purposes i like the retired players with zeroed out attributes / ratings...

I'm aware that you aren't responsible for the entire roster &
that it was a community effort. I'm aware of how long it takes
to update rosters, as I do so myself among a lot of other things.
I'm also obviously aware that I'm free to make desired changes
to it. I simply pointed out that it's inconsistent to randomly put
Chris Webber and some others on the nba2k team, & then drop
other retired players essentially to "zero." It's not so much a critique
as it is an observation. But as I said b4, props 2 every1
involved.

2008 Men's Olympic Teams

These are separate teams that you can move to your hard drive and then, in game, load the two teams you want to play...
