Its when the right stick isn't camera relative. No matter what position your player is in. If you press left. He will go left handed even if you drove on the left side. Down will always be reverse.

SO do you mean that I choose it to be non camera relative? Or is it something that 2k just throws at you mid game.

You should check your controller settings.

I'm on the default settings. Never had this problem in earlier 2k games.

Sounds like you should check your controllers then. I brought new one's and all the problems went away.

What issues were you having?

Responsiveness.....Analogs had taken a beating from 2k8 & 2k9 and COD 3. Players would drift....
