Sliders For MY Player NBA 2k12???

No sliders for My Player will make the mode unplayable again at least for me.I'd rather play association with fixed position.Also, no sliders for My Player means no ps3 version for me this time.I hoped for custom sliders in this mode, so if I want to play My Player I'll fire up the pc version and tsearch to manually edit the slider values for both hum and cpu.Sometimes I really don't understand how the devs think.It's SO simple.

Well, REDitor allows you to edit sliders for both PC and XBox versions. I don't know if Vlad makes tables for PS3 version, I'm guessing the encrypted files makes it not worth the time and effort.

One reason I have gotten 2k on PC the last 2 years and this year when it comes out. There are programs to let you be able to freeze your sliders to work in MP mode. It just makes the game way better. I hate having to score like 50 points a game just to win because my teammates couldn't hit a shot. But with Sliders it made the game way better.

Like last year I had sliders and my teammates shot a good 44% or so from the field, where before they would shoot like 30% if that. The only thing though to make the game more realistic for me is I made it so I didn't take any of my scoring skills above 75. Because say u have med slider at 53, your MP would rain buckets if your skill was above 80+. So that made it more realistic to stay at 75 or lower on my part and I shot like 48% from the field.

Yea I can see people speeding to get max skills for that, but the one's like me that just want a realistic and fun game, sliders would make that mode way better.

And exactly how would it be impractical to add a selection criteria whether you want your player to be usable online or not?

It would take approximately 15 lines of code. In fact, I'd be happy to write the code for them and e-mail it to Mike Wang, free of charge.

For as good as NBA 2K is offline, I have always found the online component to be terrible. And for some reason, the quality of the random players is even worse.

I think i played like 20 games online this year, and maybe 1 random was a solid player. Its really bad.

I am just hoping that the CPU wont suck again on your team this year. With the improved AI, I am hoping that will reflect for teammates in MP mode. We will see once the game drops. I would love sliders but the fact is, the mode might play well without them.

can't play well for everybody.. that's what sliders are here for
