Unlocked Facebook Dunk Package NBA 2k13

You should be able to equip this dunk package to any player does not matter dunk rating.. It is unlocked through out the game and not just my player. Test putting it on a regular player to make sure that it synced correctly.

I show in the video me selecting and deselecting the dunk package just to show that it should be in there.

I can't even get the game to work for me, it instantly freezes when it loads, I can't click the button to link my account or anything.

Anyone know how to actually get this dunk package hooked up in the game? I reached level 10 skill, but Facebook showed a message about unable to connect... queued. I also unlocked Carmelo in Blacktop, and he's showing up, but I can't seem to get the Dunk Package to show.

I went through all the dunks in My Player Upgrades and the animation ones you can buy, but can't find this anywhere in the game.

I'm having the same problem. Can anyone help?
