Edit: Here I had some slow time at work. I put this together for Oregon State's class following the scale in the first post.

CB Christian Wallace 76
S Shurod Thompson 76
LE Isaac Garcia 73
QB Mason Moran 69
OLB Hamilcar Rashed 69
RE Phillip Napoleon 69 (JC 3 years to play 2, JR)
DT David Fangupo 68 (JC 4 years to play 3, SO)
WR Trevon Bradford 68 (Important kid, only Oregon recruit in class must be on roster)
WR Tyson Penn 68
OLB Doug Taumoelau 68
MLB Andrezj Hughes-Murray 68
OLB Kenny Turnier 67
HB Kyle White 67 (JC 3 years to play 2, JR)
LE Joah Robinett 67
TE Riley Sharp 67 (Going on mission)
WR Kee Whetzel 67
HB Artavis Pierce 66
WR Timmy Hernandez 66 (JC 4 years to play 3, SO)
S Landry Payne 65 (JC 3 years to play 2, JR)
OLB Shemar Smith 65
ILB Wesley Payne 65
LE Shemiah Unutoa-Whitson 64
DT Paisa Savea 64 (JC 4 years to play 3)
OL/DL Gus Lavaka 63 (returning from his mission. Last 247 ranking was a 78. Probably playing DT)
This is great! I appreciate the work. The JUCO ratings will change as a independent scale is being developed for them.
I will make sure to contact you when I get to Oregon St.

1st Team AA - 99-97
2nd Team AA - 96-95
3rd Team AA - 94-93
4th Team AA - 92-91

Power 5 All Conference
P5 1st Team - 90
P5 2nd Team - 89
P5 3rd Team - 88
P5 4th Team - 87

Non P5 All Conference

NP5 1st Team - 88-86
NP5 2nd Team - 85-84
NP5 3rd Team - 83-82
NP5 4th Team - 81-80

Last year we split the conference for NP5 schools up and i do not think we should do that this year i think all NP5 schools should be rated together. The Sun Belt has been competing at a higher level so has the Mac.
I've been doing 91 for B1G 1st Team and 90 for 2nd and and feel it turned out pretty well. I think anything below 2nd team shouldn't be scaled because it would be too restrictive. That being said, I would usually give players ratings between 82-89 for HM (B1G doesn't have 3rd Team AC).

One point to consider is the point Tha_Mac brought up with Independents:

An All-Independents team would be a vast majority Notre Dame Players. I think judgement calls will have to made with Notre Dame by comparing it to the P5 scale while the rest of the independents be compared to the G5 scale. BYU is a borderline case but I feel they are more in-line with MWC or American teams rather than P5.

Regarding AAs, like you mentioned, I think it would be a good idea to cut off 4th team AA and raise the rest of the ratings up. For AA, I used a point system that placed players between 92-99. This point system isn't feasible until postseason so I think the ranges listed above would be good with adjustments to cut out 4th team.

I can post Notre Dame ratings later. Sadly I'm on Xbox 360, but I will definitely give as much info as I can. Also I can give good info for overalls if you need help comparing ND with Power 5 teams.

Notre Dame:
Here is all of the recruits: http://notredame.247sports.com/Seaso...otball/Commits

Javon McKinley WR 78
Daelin Hayes OLB 78
Chase Claypool WR 77
Khalid Kareem DE 77
Troy Pride Jr. CB 76
Julian Okwara DE 75
Donte Vaughn CB 75
Tony Jones Jr. RB 75
Parker Boudreaux OG 74
Jonathan Jones OLB 73
Jalen Elliott ATH 72
D.J. Morgan S 72
Julian Love CB 72
Devin Studstill S 72
Spencer Perry S 72
Ian Book QB 72
Kevin Stepherson WR 71
Adetokunbo Ogundeji DE 70

Jamir Jones OLB 68
John Shannon LS/OLine 65

Ya i know the B1G itself does not have a 3rd team but Phil Steele does as well as Athlon I like to pull my rankings from more then just 1 place. To me the HM is kind of like a 3rd team don't you think?

1st Team = 91
2nd Team = 90
HM = 82-89

That's not bad but what about the Phil Steele AC/ Athlon AC who all have a 3rd team?
