France is 2-0 in group C play with 2 1-0 wins. It is not pretty, but it is getting the job done.

With lots of history between these two countries, emotions were flying high and so were hard fouls....
like this one here being dished out by Russia's Vladimir Bystrov.

Portugal down the Ivory Coast 1-0

Ivory Coast players were often left with these expressions during their game with Portugal.jpg

Re: 2014 FIFA WORLD CUP (FROM THE GROUND UP)

Cameroon's own goal dooms them vs. Uruguay

Cameroon's Alexandre Song watches his shot ding off the post against Uruguay.jpg
It was an unfortunate own goal in the 35' that ended up being the deciding factor in this match.
What is even more painstaking for Cameroon is that the own goal will most likely be what knocks them out from advancing in 2014 World Cup.

Uruguay's Gonzalo Castro heads home a corner kick to put Uruguay up 1-0 early on in this contest.
