I would have to say, whoever is designing this mess should be fired. I understand that probably $$$ and pushing a name brand is what's really driving this but if I were the brand here, I would not want to admit designing this. This uniform looks like what would happen if an XFL team, a team from Back Breaker, Cyberobowl, and Blitz all had an orgy and made a baby. The thing that looks the worse and makes it look cheap are the digital digits. Apparently no real art directors worked on this. Looks like an intern did it. Honestly the Bucks current jersey with the white top is probably one of the best looking ones currently in the NFL. If it's not broke don't fix it... stop trying to be like Oregon University... they broke the mold, but did it the right way. This uniform looks like an afterthought of design.

If they really wanted to explore a new uniform, they should have went back and looked at the old orange tampa uni's and while by no means copy them (they were awful)...I think you could take those colors from the old uni's and bring them back into a badass design moving forward. This new design.. I.. just... dont... get..

After seeing these I'm totally with you, they feel very arena-ish.

At any rate in 10 years we will all probably agree these look better than the 2013 ones, it's funny how time does that.

Ugh, as I thought, the red jerseys are much worse.

Numbers at least don't look quite as bad, but I don't like the red with the little orange thing at the top.

I'm sure glad I don't have to wear those ugly looking uniforms. Right now, if they had a poll for the ugliest uniform in the NFL, I think Tampa Bay would be at the top of the list.
