I have only played the game 2 or 3 times so not familiar with the details yet. I lost 6 - 0 pre patch and 6 - 0 post patch. Pretty consistent. I started on Pro. Looks like i need to drop a level.

Re: AO International Tennis

I picked this up the other day after the bad reviews of Tennis World Tour. I have had pretty much most tennis games since the NES days. This is actually a really fun game with great customization. I used a 20% off code, got it for $40 bucks. I am very happy with my purchase. I recommend anyone on the fence to pick this up!

Re: AO International Tennis

Just did training in career mode for the first time. Did forhand topspin. It was weak. They need to beef it up. It should be as much about helping your player as it is making me better at the game. Training consisted of about 6 easy hits and then ended.

I need a way to rally with my coach and work on certain aspects of my game.

Re: AO International Tennis

Perhaps because this game was so much different in January compared to now, I went in with zero expectations despite spending money on the game.

It’s not perfect, but this game has a ton of potential and isn’t that far off. For me, customization is huge. I know you can do it on tennis elbow, but I wanted a game like this to offer it. I’m planning on basically creating or downloading every significant player in tennis history, plus some fan favorites (think a Santoro or Spadea).

Re: AO International Tennis

If you're looking for some good ATP Challenger Tour courts, Puskkas11 (XBox Username - use this to search via XBox) has at least a dozen up for download. I just happened on to his account looking through Twitter yesterday. I'm liking them as they give you something other than the big box arenas to play in.

You can see some of his previews on his Twitter feed https://twitter.com/Puskkas11/media

Re: AO International Tennis

There are two ways to get answers to questions about the game, and provide feedback.

One is the BigAnt email at [email protected], and the other is the ITST forum on the Discord site:
https://discordapp.com/channels/3235...02121798139906

There you will find threads on AO Tennis and the other current tennis games.
Recently, Mike Merren, the Development Manager at BigAnt joined the AO Tennis thread.

I dont understand 1 thing: we have this ability to download and create basically the Entire ATP World Tour and even the Challenger level but we cannot modify Names and Courts of the touranments in career mode?
So whats the point? To play quick games on those courts?

I mean, in soccer we have PES where basically you can edit everything from teams to competitions and you can use in quick games AND career, so you can have all the leagues and teams with real logos uniforms etc...

Why AO didnt go this way?
