They did explain them. They're correcting injustice or at least trying to. Nothing more to it. They're not random at all.

CM Punk shouldn't have to had face Ryback again...and again...and again. Alternatively The Rock is behind them and he wanted Punk to keep the title because he's had bad luck with the monster types and they're free to operate as they see fit outside of that. Which would explain why he hasn't been attacked yet.

Tyson Kidd was in a dark match instead of TV so they had to mess up that match. They were just trying to get him some publicity or maybe even a match on -le gasp!- RAW with one of them.

Kane "won" the rigged poll,even though they were attacking on behalf of D-Bry he got involved so that was just self defense. Plus there's some D-Bry stuff left over with Ambrose.



Cena attacked Dolph without reason to ruin his cash-in attempt.

Sheamus blew ADR's title shot by getting him DQ'd.

Seth Rollins wouldn't have almost died if there was no ECW so Dreamer being the "heart and soul of ECW" was of course targeted.

As previously stated Orton's entire existence is an injustice. I mean really,take your pick.

Ric Flair is only there for money and taking up time that could go to matches or other people that could actually use it.

Foley strung out Ambrose and delayed his debut by 7 months.

What's the problem? I don't even know why people are booing them. They're the biggest faces in the company. Cena's the biggest heel and he half way gets cheered. It's the crowds fault this whole thing is backwards.

They're not attacking The Rock because Shield attacks are normally pretty physical and WWE can't risk an injury to their biggest ratings draw right now.

There's no kayfabe reason for it.

NWO storyline had a clear cut direction from the get-go. 3vs3, who would the 3rd guy be, who would turn on WCW, etc. DX was quick and clear cut as well. WWE really sucks at convoluted storylines these days, so I don't have much hope for Shield.
