Madden 2010 News Post

Peter Moore has posted the first screenshot of Madden NFL 10.

"While we have a number of announcements and updates to come over the next several weeks leading up to next month's NFL Draft, I'm excited to debut the first screenshot from this year's game right here this week. The old adage says, "A picture is worth a thousand words", and that is certainly true in this fantastic shot. How many improvements can you pick out? The Madden dev team will call each one out in their blog later this week."

I clicked on OS just now, not expecting to see the first screen shot quite today.

But there it is! And for now all I can think of to say is...wow! Better than what I was hoping for.

Yes! Josh Looman is the master of individual player tuning.

is that a replay booth back there? I know that's not really a new feature but what is that thing?

There's a table with Gatorade on the sideline and you can kinda see a TV crane (I think that's what it's called). I am so pumped for this game

Man does that look like a rip move by Travis Laboy?

So we have;

1. Referees/Chain gang/Training Staff
2. Team specific sidelines/Improved sidelines
3. OL/DL interaction
4. Procedural Awareness
5. Player models (Can tell difference between player size, also seem in better proportion to the field of play, also equipment and towels)
6. The Ball is its own entity on the field of play now?
