The NBA Summer League Will be Featured in NBA 2K16

2K Sports has just announced the NBA Summer League will be featured in NBA 2K16. No other details have been revealed, so we are left wondering...

Will the Summer League be a feature exclusive to MyCAREER mode or will it be available in other modes as well? Will we see a return of the D-League or maybe some sort of Draft Combine?

If we get any additional information, we will update this post.

The #BeTheStory hashtag on the announcement leads me to think it's exclusive to the new MyCAREER story mode.

Ideally it would be fully implemented in the franchise modes. I suspect it isn't.

Still, a cool step even if it is only in MyCAREER.

I hope this is for all game modes not just mycareer, and hopefully this means they are one step closer to bring back d league.

Never understood why they took this out in the first place or why it took them so long to but it back. 2K be slacking sometimes...

Yeah, this should definitely be implemented in association type modes.

Glad they readded this back though even though in shouldn't have been removed in the beginning. Will be cool to play in the Summer League in MyCareer.

hopefully this is a sign that My Career will be restored to its former glory, bringing back the incredible depth that the mode had in the 2K10/2K11 days?
