Confused by Salary Cap and Goals

Well...I thought I had the salary cap stuff figured out...but I think I confused myself. I had 31 mil left under salary cap but I had 11 players that I wanted to resign so I didnt sign any fa's and got my draft picks to sign low offer sheets (which I always try to do). I signed everybody I wanted to and still ended the year with 11 mil under the cap. I dont know for sure what happened...but hey..I am not complaining. I have 23 mil at the start of this year and only have 7 guys I want to resign. Hopefully I will get this figured out soon!!

I think I have had the wierdest experience with "failed goals". My owner wanted me to win defensive roy and coy...among other things. Well...we ended up 15-1 (I lost in the conference championship) but my te won nfl mvp and offensive poy. I also won coy...but I took a hit on my approval because I didnt win roy. You would think he would have been happy with mvp!!!

Well...I made it through the draft yesterday and pre-season. My team looks tight and are playing very well!! We are 2-0 with the #3 offense and the #4 defense. It is nice to see the rbs and wrs not doing bone-head things like running backwards or along the first down marker instead of fighting for yards. I hope this trend continues...

I will be embarking on new ground soon...my hd should be here today or tomorrow and I will be downloading the patch...I hope this fixes some of the crazy stuff I have seen!!
