Detailed Recap:

Our top story comes out of Cleveland where the Browns hosted the Washington Redskins. The Browns took the early lead and held on to said lead for most of the game, that is, until late into the fourth quarter. The first three quarters were pretty close, even though the Browns held the lead the whole time. Washington had tied the game with little time left in the game and were for once not trailing. All signs pointed towards overtime, and with a team like the Browns, it seemed like another score was hopeless.... or so they thought. The Browns got the ball back and trudged down the field all the while burning the game clock. Cleveland put in a successful field goal to win the game in regulation, 23 to 21.

Our next story comes from the AFC Central division as well. The Steelers were in Cincinnati taking on the Bengals and desperately needing to get their season back on track. This was a tough back and forth game the whole way. It looked like Pittsburgh was going to get a win, but the Bengals scored late to take a 1 point lead and won the game 21 to 20.

Now we go to Green Bay where the Detroit Lions visited the Packers. Green Bay has only picked up one win this season so far, so they were determined to get their second. Let me tell you, their determination showed. The Packers ran away with it early and never let the Lions get very close. In the end the Packers won 41 to 20.

Finally we have the Seattle Seahawks and the San Diego Chargers. Seattle is looking to get closer to the number one spot in the AFC West while the Chargers are trying to keep their number one spot in the AFC. After a competitive game between these two teams we would see the Seahawks taking home the win after beating the Chargers 27 to 22.

Week 7 is now in the books and next week we will be halfway through the season. I hope you all join me on Friday for Week 8's results and recap!
