The dream ends..........

With the game in hand 62-52 with 5 minutes remaining the top-ranked Sooners thought it would be nice to go cold (or get ripped off). The Florida St. Seminoles roared back to take a 70-68 lead with 30 seconds to play. Blake Griffin tied the game with a lay-up, but left 5.2 seconds on the clock, and that is all FSU guard Toney Douglas needed to drive the length of the court and pass off the Chris Singleton for a ridiculous three-point shot that was an inch from being blocked by Sooner forward Tony Crocker. OU goes down 73-70 and ends their dream with a 32-3 record.

Personal note:

I am never one to complain, but it seems the CPU went into bull sh#$ mode in this game. I led by at least 10 the whole way and suddenly with 5 minutes to go they can't miss and I can't hit lay-ups. The play of the game though was a critical FSU possession with a minute to go when I doubled one of their players and the ball went trickling away only to have my guys look at the damn ball and not go after it. Well needless to say, one of their guys picked it up and drove to the hoop and scored and that put me down 70-68. I am very disappointed in this game right now because I had this game and the AI decided to rip me off. The three pointer that won the game was so tightly guarded that Tony Crocker almost BLOCKED the damn shot. I sure as hell have never made a contested three on this game. Anyways, next time I will have to win by 20 I guess to keep this from happening.
