If you're willing to wait a bit on the wait list, we can absolutely offer the latter. Can't promise you one of your preferred teams initially, but we work really hard to let guys move to teams they love/like long-term whenever the chance arises.

Hop in our Discord if you'd like to get on the wait list. If I'm doing my job, there will never just be an opening, we haven't had an opening with no wait list since before M17 released. But if you're willing to be patient, hopefully worth the wait for you!

We have pretty low turnover, so it's a bit of a wait currently, but in my experience at least half the guys on it will have disappeared by the time their spot opens, so for those who are patient & engaged, I hope it's worth the wait!
