OK, about the generics

OK, so I was playing against my friend and his created team and we both had a lot of similar generics which was annoying...anyone else experience this? I'm wondering if it has to do with what package you choose for your generics, like Cover DBs, stuff like that...

Re: OK, about the generics

yea, it's based on a random generator for the type of generics you pick at team creation. However, i believe the generics are universal, I.E. they have set generics that are set in the game so naturally people are going to have the same ones.
Just like the NFL, if you play someone online and they like the same team you do then obviously they're going to have the same players.

Re: OK, about the generics

I've seen duplicate last names, but the player models were different size, skin color, etc.

The only true duplicate I've seen is a lefty kicker #3 Griffin.

i found a trick tho when you are creating your team to get around alot of dupicate numbers. If you keep switching from like balanced to run support the generics change. I did this until i didnt see any duplicates. First time i created the ravens i had 4 guys on d number 52....lol
