Flea Flickers

Just played a guy online that beat me 24-17(First time playing online). He did about 5-6 flea flickers. I did cover 4, cover 3, cover 2, 2 man. How the hell do you stop them. It was Marino to Rice all day

2 man with a good rush seems to be the best way to stop them. A good corner and safety help. Double covering the WR also seems to help as players are less likely to be fooled by the handoff when playing man. If you get a good push up front, oftentimes the HB will get hit before he can toss the ball back to the QB or the QB will get sacked since the play takes so long to develop.

the thing is, it's not really "cheese". The DBs are just stupid.

The flea flicker won't work if you get to the QB or RB before the throw can happen; the play takes far longer than others to develop. Maybe try bringing more pressure.

Never said it was cheese, it worked for him so im not mad about him going back to the well, but i want to know how to stop it.

Unless it's like a glitch in the system someone exploits, i won't complain
