Ok well I was reading the first person sports gaming thread. Being a more PC based gamer and spending ALOT of time in flight sim games.
I use a program called FREETRACK. Which is a head tracking software. You build your own head track device, and use free tracks software to bring it all together. WONDERFUL program and it is FREE!. Got many many hours. out of it.

GAME IDEA
Now my game idea stems from the use of this software/hardware. Imagine how crazy good it would be if a company designed a first person football game with support of this tech.
Examples:
- Playing WR and having to look back at the QB and look for the ball to make the catch.
- Being able to run the ball and look left/ right and find the hole and see where the defenders are
- Playing Qb and being able to scan the field quickly and easy to make the read.
These are just simple examples but the level of use it could have would be insane. Being able to look around just as you would in real.
I know I use this in ARMA and it works WONDERFUL!. Being able to look left or right as you are aiming down the site. I could never go back to playing without it. I find my self trying to look around with my head in games that don't support it and it really takes away from the game.
