What do you think? Any suggestions for a bronze QB? I'm not really feeling Harbaugh.

i've tried harbaugh at QB once and he was dreadful for me, i think the most common bronze QB people use is ... uh... wait for it... that dude that went to 'da u' i can't think of his name right now lol... anyways heres probably my favorite team i've ever made...

Pittsburgh Ironmen (using steelers jerseys)
G-Shannon Sharpe -IMO the most dangerous offensive player in the game because of his versatility.
G- Willie Brown -for my money, THE best shutdown corner in this game
S- Ken Stabler -great accuracy, GREAT touch passes
S- Curt Warner - good blue-collar type runner
S- Harry Carson - with those corner's had to get a nice run stopper
B- Dwight Clark - love his 'clutch' ability as well as his magic feet.
B- Charlie Waters -one of the better safeties from the bronze tier.
B- Terry McDaniel -everyone's favorite bronze CB, no secret here
B- William Perry -just a beast...
B- Dan Saleaumua -same as above
B- Eric Green - GREAT run blocker, could almost be an offensive lineman, works very well with Shannon Sharpe giving me options everywhere

i think i may have posted this before, maybe not, but this is my favorite team i play with right now.. Sharpe is unstoppable the way i move him all around, too big for corner's too fast for linebackers.

G - Roger Staubach
G - Randy White
S - Drew Pearson
S - Tony Dorsett(CAP)
S - "Too-Tall" Jones
B - Billie Joe Dupree(CAP)
B - Harvey Martin
B - Golden Richards(CAP)
B - "Hollwood" Henderson(CAP)
B - Charlie Waters
B - Mel Renfro(CAP)

I did my best to recreate the uniforms from the era as well.

Got the idea of making them after watching Americas Game on NFL Network. Plus I am a die-hard Cowboys fan!

As for a bronze QB - I like Bernie Kosar myself.

There's a lot of good bronze QBs.

It just depends on your play style which one would suit you best.

Try 'em all out on the practice field and see which one you like.

The great thing about APF is that all the players play different from each other and have legitimate strengths/weaknesses.

for your 'boys team, why did you use CAPs for Renfro, and Dupree, aren't they both in the game as it is? *i know Dupree is for sure cause i just played against him last night...

Agree completely with this statement, at every position, every player has different strengths/weaknesses, you have to think about how you play and what you want to accomplish by choosing 'x' player. IMO thats the huge advantage of the ratings system (or lack of ratings) in APF, and i think that needs to be adapted into every modern sports videogame because IMO its the way of the future

I created them because Dupree and Renfro were Gold and Silver...I wanted My Dorsett Cap to be silver and I wanted White and Stauback to stay Gold. Dupree is Silver and only has Bulldozer as an attribute. Kinda worked out. I felt this build catered to my strengths and weaknesses better so I kicked both guys down to bronze.

And Yep, I love Kosar in this game!
