The songwriter in me is going to have to take a step back, as I will be working towards my dream: becoming a performing/recording artist. I have two opening acts for one of my inspirations, Jack Johnson, scheduled for a later date in the new year. And also a small tour with Tristan Prettyman, and G Love and the Special Sauce. These three acts are all linked to Brushfire Records/Universal, so perhaps they are hinting at something?

Here I am, sitting in a hotel in New York City. It's not my first time here and I know it won't be my last. And here I am, alone as I've been for the past couple of years. Alone away from family and friends. Alone from anyone who gives a **** about me. But still, I don't mind. I find myself waking up every morning and thanking God.
