Playoff teams with asterisks. Sad to see a former good franchise like San Diego fall this far. It's also a bit surprising to see 3 teams in the AFC South .500 or worse.

2009 Seattle Seahawks Season stats

The 20+ number under receivers is the number of receiver drops, the solo and assorted tackle column represents the number of forced fumbles and fumble recoveries on defense like as before.

Re: Starting again in Seattle

2009 Season-NFC Divisional Game-Packers 20, Seahawks 17

I think I'll just crawl off to a corner and gnaw a limb off or something!. It's not quite that bad-but close.

We had the one TD lead right around the three minute mark late in the fourth quarter. Serna missed an easy FG to avoid putting us up 10 points, Leron James fumbled in the rain and the Packers tied it up with the good field position, and then the following punt was a bit short. The Packers kicked the winning FG, and that was that. I really thought this was a Super Bowl team, and going out like that is a bit of a downer. All credit goes to the Packers for top-notch defense.

I'll post the initial coaching changes and playoff games, the rest will wait for tomorrow in an edit. Approval drop from 98 to 61 will make the rest of the playoff period a bit complicated.

Final Coaching Changes/Rest of Playoffs

Ok as promised this is how the remainder of the playoffs went and the coaching changes that were made. I decided not to edit because the previous post was long enough. Overall, I like the new hires of Hanson and Lynch-i just hate that I had to alter my philosophies to do it. Hanson was Big Kick with punter, and Lynch it was Man Coverage with safety.

Patriots 21, Chiefs 17
Bucs 30, Giants 14.

Conference:

Bucs 17, Packers 9

Second straight SB loss for Colts, second straight SB win for Bucs and Gruden, third overall for Gruden.

Re: Starting again in Seattle

2010 English Draft-Round 1

Trades in the first round first, then the table showing all the players drafted in the first round. There might be some errors in the names or Ht'/Wt., my writing was a little hard to read. I was a little surprised Lankford fell as far as 12, but most teams are already pretty set at left tackle. Jones should be retiring soon, so you have to plan with that in mind.

Trades:

1-12-C Torrin Fisher and 1-28 to Ravens for this pick to the Seahawks.

1-14-Cowboys pick to Bills for 1-20, 7-212, and 2011 2nd.

1-20-Cowboys pick to Lions for 1-31, 4-102, and 2011 3rd.

1-32-Patriots to Cowboys for 2011 1st, 2011 4th, and 2011 7th.
