Boosting Team Unity
I'm curious if anyone knows where the Team Unity rating comes from? Is it solely from how much game experience your players have? I'm confused because I've had five juniors (3 year starters) play vs. a team of freshmen and sophomores at a power school and they had a higher Team Unity rating. Is there a coach attribute that helps boost Team Unity faster? Maybe Discipline? Does playing players out of position impact it? What about shot tendencies?
I like the Team Unity feature. I always leave my setting at 100. I think it lets the underdog with experienced players achieve upsets, I just want to understand the feature better. Please let me know if you know what impacts it.
You can see Team Unity expressed in a couple way. One is through a bar graph the other is in number form if you play a game at the team selection screen.
