My lil girl was playing the wii and notice that the colors are off. Its like you know how the 360 looks before it get the 3 red lights? Just weird colors. Anyone know what it is

Anyway, assuming you've checked to see if the cables are all plugged in properly, sounds like a call to Nintendo is in order.
