Highlights

Recap

The wolves opened its 20th season against the kings and lost in dramatic fashion 85-82. Kevin Martin led all scorers with 35 points and going 5-11 behind the arc. Brad Miller was a force down low with 23 points and 9 boards, while Jefferson had 23 and 6 to lead the wolves. Kevin Love had a stellar debut with 14 points and 9 boards as the wolves outrebounded the kings 36-32. The kings built a lead as high as 11 when the wolves came charging back in the remaining quarter but fell short when Mike Miller missed the game tieing 3 pointer when time expired.

Commentary

It was great playing my first game of the season. I play player lock and played the number 2 the whole game. The was close for the most part, except the kings had a double digit to begin the second half. It was fun trying to contain kevin martin even though he torched us for 35, but it was a nailbiter late and had a chance to send it in to overtime with miller and missed at the top of the key. Overall it was a great game and i look forward to playing the next game.
